Quarantine Challenge: Card Making
We challenged our members to make cards to send to essential workers. These cards are meant to provide a sense of support, community, and gratitude to essential workers and the risks they are taking in these times of need. Submitted by MaeLing Hayes |

Trash Clean Up
Our key club members maintain social distancing while completing service on Earth Day. Even under quarantine, members continued to honor Earth Day. They put on their gloves and brought bags to pick up trash in their local neighborhoods, parks, and trails. Some members brought along family to enjoy the sunny day outside. Everyone participant found enough trash to fill their bags full. Submitted by Alli McCabe |

New Leadership
As the new term starts, our newly elected Key Club officers get adjusted to their new roles. We have introduced Alec Gapasen as President as well as Rylissa Javier and Adrian Villaseñor as Vice Presidents. Adding on to the team, we also have the additions of Ally Tobias, Alyssa Vang, and Angelica Maranan as (in order) the new Secretary, Treasurer, and Tech Editor. We have been in communication to get used to things with one another and to establishing our roles in the club.

New Merchandise
We ordered merchandise in the beginning of March for D8ballers to enjoy. Former officers planned to hand them out later that month and early April, but the pandemic hit. The shirts were going to be given after our 2 week break because of the virus, but now we are in quarantine. We aren't completely sure what we are to do next but a possibility is giving the shirts when we come back to school next year. Submitted by Chenelle Espiritu |
